The follow-up is the work. This removes it.

Most of a founder's day is not decisions, it is chasing the information needed to make them. Where is that payment. Did the vendor send the invoice. Has the contract come back. What did the store sell yesterday. Did anyone approve that expense. Each answer costs a message, a wait, a reminder, and a second message because the first one was missed.

This replaces that entirely. Everyone updates their own part of one system, and whoever needs to know sees it immediately. Nobody writes an update, nobody asks for one.

What that kills

• Status calls and check-ins. The record is the update. If you want to know where something is, you look, you do not ask.
• Vendor payment emails. They upload the invoice and see its state themselves, so the "any update on our payment" mail never gets written.
• Expense back-and-forth. The team uploads a bill, you approve, reject or ask one question. They are told automatically. You never type a reply.
• Chasing your own customers. Overdue invoices are chased on a schedule by the system, politely, every time, logged. You only appear when an account genuinely needs you.
• "Did you see my message." Team channels live here with history that stays when a phone leaves, and a channel you are not in does not appear at all.
• Task follow-ups. A senior assigns, the person marks it done, blocked or asks to move it, and only the two of them see the thread. You see every delegation and every silence.

What you get instead

• One brief every morning with the things that need a decision and the things already handled.
• Decisions as a queue, not as messages. Approve, reject or ask, in one tap, from the brief.
• Everyone sees only their part. Scoped per person, per module, down to view, edit, export and approve.
• A record of who did what, and who came in and what they took out, which you can read without anyone knowing.

Your data stays where it already is

Salaries, incentives and anything else you would rather not move are read live from a Google Sheet inside your own Workspace domain. The sheet stays private to the people you already trust with it, this system reads the figure when a page loads, and no copy is ever stored here. One source of truth, still owned by you, still where your accountant works. If you ever want us gone, you unshare a sheet and the numbers are exactly where they were.

The same applies to the parts you connect. Channels and records live in your own database, mail and Slack are read only with your permission and only the channels you nominate, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf without a person pressing send.

Who can get in, and what they can touch

• Company sign-in only. Access is restricted to your own domain. An address outside it cannot create an account, cannot be invited by mistake, and cannot open a shared link.
• Named people, not seats. Every login belongs to one person. Nothing is shared, so nothing walks out with a password.
• Instant revoke. Someone leaves, you switch them off, and access ends that second. Their history stays in the audit trail.
• Time-boxed guests. An accountant or a contractor gets a login that expires on a date you set, scoped to the one thing they need.
• Four rights, not one. Per person and per module: see it, change it, take it out of the building, and sign it off. Someone can run collections all day without being able to export your client list.
• Hidden, not locked. No greyed-out buttons and no "no permission" screens. The menu item is not rendered at all, so there is nothing to be curious about and nothing to ask a colleague about.
• Two append-only logs. One for what changed, one for who came in and what they took out. Nobody, including an admin, can tidy up their own history, and nobody is told you are reading it.

Open Access & roles in the menu to switch a module off for a role and watch the sidebar change while you are looking at it.

Try it honestly

Press Run today a few times and watch a week pass on its own. Approve something from the brief. Advance a hiring stage, then open the audit trail and find your own name against it. Switch to Ops in the top bar and notice that salaries and cash are not hidden behind a lock, they are simply not in the menu.
