Who we are

AEVYX is a studio run by Aashish Arora, based in New Delhi, India, working with brands globally. In these terms, “AEVYX”, “we” and “us” mean Aashish Arora trading as AEVYX, and “you” means the client or anyone using this site.

The quote governs

Every project starts with a written quote. It sets out the scope, the price, the timeline, the payment schedule and the number of revision rounds. Work begins once you accept the quote. If anything in the quote conflicts with these terms, the quote wins.

Anything outside the agreed scope or beyond the agreed revision rounds is new work. We’ll tell you before doing it and agree it with you in writing first.

Your materials

If you give us logos, footage, copy, music or other material to use, you confirm you have the right to let us use it for your project.

Who owns the work

Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables listed in your quote. Until then, they remain ours.

Drafts, unused concepts and our own tools and methods stay with us. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock assets or music, are covered by their own licences, which we’ll point out where they apply.

Our portfolio

We may show the work we make for you in our portfolio, on this site and on our social channels, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. If your project is confidential, say so before we start and we’ll put it in the quote.

Concept work on this site

Some pieces on this site are concepts: unofficial, self-initiated work made to show what we can do. They are not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brands they feature. All brand names, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

We do careful work and stand behind it, but some limits are fair to both sides:

• Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you’ve paid us for that project.
• We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity.
• Once you’ve approved and published the deliverables, how you use them is your call and your responsibility.
• Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Using this site

The content on this site is provided for information. Please don’t copy or reuse our work from it without asking.

Governing law

These terms and every project are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
